Pills for men

I found this really interesting article that talks about birth controls pills for men. I find it really strange that science decided to create this pill for men, but I see no harm in them. Here's the link to the article:

I took a course last semester at my college that focused on women in the health care system, and we had several discussions on how society expects only women to focus on fertility issues even if both men and women have their own individual responsibilities. We talked about how women have periods, get pregnant, gain weight, produce milk, take birth control pills, etc. and how men just need to give their sperm and provide emotional and monetary support. Now this pill will make people realize that even men have a lot of responsibilities towards a baby.
