pelvic pain

Hello, i was hoping someone might have some ideas. i am having sharp pains in my pelvic region on the lower right side. I have had this for about 4 months. At first i only felt it occasionally. but now i feel it all the time. it has made it uncomfortable to sleep and now the pain seems to shot to other regions of my abdomen. I was also feeling numbness in my right leg and arm. I have seen two docs. Both gave me a pelvic exam. The urine results from the first showed that i had no diseases. But she treated my for PID anyways just in case. The second did a vaginal ultrasound (i think that is what its called) and a blood test. Before the results of the blood test he gave me antibiotics. After the results he said that I had Chlamydia. He also said this could be what was causing the numbness. He gave me more antibiotics. But I have now had 3 sessions of antibiotics and the pain continues and is actually getting worse. I am really getting worried. also i always have regular periods and for the past three months i have only had one two day period (usually mine is 3-5) and one day of spotting about 2 weeks later. if you have any ideas i would be forever grateful. I just want to not be in pain or at least try to figure out what is causing this. I have an appointment Saturday with another doctor. I want to know what tests i should have done, so i can make sure i get them. Thank you so much.
