endometriosis

I am 28 years old and was told i have this condition.I haven't had a period in over a month and i am usually on time every month.I had pregnancy tests done and they were negetative but i don't understand why this is happening help me understand please.Would there be a chance that i am pregnant Even tho i had my tubes tied 9 months ago.
