Heavy Bleeding
I am 35 years old with two children. I have suffered from heavy bleeding for the last 4 months with cycles that rarely stop for more the two days a month for years. Extreme pain and having to leave my job often has left my life in shambles as well as my love life. I was diagnosed with fibroids 6 years ago. After having three surgical proceedures done on my uterus I have finally decided to have a hysterectomy. I think it will be the best choice for my situation. I don't recommend it for all cases, but it is interfering with my life and my every day activities. Like most of the stories I will have a 45 day menstrual with blood clots and having to change my clothes often. I usually have to have towels on my car seats and make sure that I choose the chairs that are red at work to avoid embarrasement. The decision I came to was not a pleasant one, but I am hoping that it will be the cure for a problem that I have suffered with for so long time.
